Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions regarding this information.We collect page "hit" information that tells us what pages consumers access or visit. This information is completely anonymous and is used solely for internal review and to improve the content of our web site.We collect information such as name, e-mail address, and regular mail address only when the consumer volunteers it. We build listservs (mailing lists) using this information on a completely voluntary, non-obligatory and free basis that enable us to notify consumers of news on our web site.Unless we specifically indicate otherwise, these lists and any other personally identifiable information voluntarily given will be used solely by BabyPlace and its employees for internal purposes and will not be published, sold, or otherwise transferred to third parties.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

BabyPlace stands behind every product we sell. If you are not satisfied, you may return or exchange unused items within 30 days for an exchange or refund. Since most of the products we sell are backed by
manufacturers' warranties we recommend that if you have a problem with an item you contact the manufacturer of the product first before contacting us as it is usally quicker and more conveienent for you. All returns must first obtain a return authorization number (RA). To receive an RA please contact us directly at 845-294-7426 during normal business hours. Please do not mark on the original box. We suggest you insure any returned packages. Our return address is:

We regret that freight charges are not refundable.

NOTE: All returned items must be securely packed in the origianl packaging with all paperwork and acessoreis included. We are unable to refund money for items that have been used or are missing any parts, manuals, or registration cards. Special order items are non-refundable as they were ordered just for you. If you are returning a gift we only allow store credit.

SECURE ONLINE SHOPPING FOR CONSUMERS

A secure server protects our online shopping cart and our customer service department, to ensure authenticity, checks all orders received. In fact, it is statistically much safer to use your credit card on the Web than it is to use it in a restaurant or store.

Additionally, your credit card information is stored electronically in our files only until your order ships or is picked up.

Our online registry is provided as is. While best efforts have been made to ensure the accuracy of this information, you should not rely on this information in situations where its inaccuracy would cause you to suffer any significant loss. BabyPlace and ComSouth, Inc. make no representations or warranties of any kind concerning the accuracy, completeness or suitability of this information. While every effort is made to backup your registry information, BabyPlace and ComSouth, Inc. cannot be responsible for loss of data or other information stored electronically or otherwise. You may wish to printout a copy of your registry from the web page after you have entered all of your items.

DELIVERY INFORMATION & SHIPPING CHARGES

We ship by either United Parcel Service or U.S. Mail, depending on which is best for your order. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt and delivery is guaranteed. If your order gets to you in poor condition, or not at all, it's not your problem, it's ours, and we'll take care of it! Please open packages immediately and report any damages within 10 days of receipt.

Occasionally, items will be back-ordered. If this situation occurs and your order is affected, you will be contacted so that you may decide how you wish to proceed. (All back-ordered items will be shipped as soon as they are available at no additional shipping cost to you.)

Although the cost of mailing continues to increase, we strive to keep our shipping charges as low as possible. (Please refer to the chart below for specific information.)

As noted in the online store. If you would like your item expedited or would like to inquire about rates to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, APO and FPO addresses please "contact us" directly through email or call 801-224-2414.

NOTE: New York residents will have ???% sales tax added to their order total.

International Shipping Charges

We do not ship interntationally.
